“Imperial Group” is a prospering company established in 2005. The Holding includes “Optimax Tour” Ltd., “Imperial Travel” Ltd., “Imperial Developments” Ltd. and “Forum Holiday” Ltd. Hotel-running, transportation, tourism, building investments and real estate sales are just some part of the activities that strengthen the holding’s position on the inner and the international market.

Imperial Group owns and runs hotel “Imperial” and hotel “Amfora”, as well as the apartment and hotel complex “Forum” in Sunny Beach, the most famous resort on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. The Holding carries out transport service too, thanks to its own car-fleet, that includes two luxurious fifty-seater busses and eleven twenty-seater busses.

The main priority of “Imperial Group” is the development of the tourism branch, in which the company has experience and traditions. “Imperial Group Hotels” include two four-star hotels –“ Imperial” and “Forum”, and the three star-hotel “Amfora”. The hotels are located in “Sunny Beach” resort, right next to the city of Nesebar. The complex has 1100 bed-basis, 9 pubs and restaurants, SPA centre, 3 conference halls, 3 outer pools, one inner pool, beach volleyball and football playgrounds, mini golf. Season 2007 starts with renewed hotel base after the serious investments made by the company – renovation of hotel Amfora and the opening of the new four-star hotel Forum. The hotels are a perfect place for resting and relaxation during the summer, for organizing and making of conferences, seminars and business meetings. The co-operation of Imperial Group Hotels and Lukoil is marked by the two joint initiatives – in 2005 there was a conference of Lukoil in hotel Amfora, and in 2007 Amfora and Imperial were proudly chosen to host the Seventh Scientific and Technological Conference of the Junior Scientists and Specialists of Lukoil.
